a fair app.

By downloading, installing, or using Sling Photos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

These terms apply to the Sling Photos iOS application and the slingphotos.com website, both operated by Ohh Wow Labs (ABN 32 567 396 205).

Sling Photos is available as a one-time purchase with a 7-day free trial. When you complete the purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sling Photos on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

The 7-day free trial begins when you start it during onboarding. At the end of the trial period, the purchase completes automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time in iPhone Settings before the trial period ends.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

You may use Sling Photos to transfer and archive your own photos and videos to storage devices that you own or have authorisation to use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app to transfer content you do not own or have the right to copy
• Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures
• Resell or sublicence the app or your licence to it
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you transfer using Sling Photos. We claim no rights over your content.

Sling Photos accesses your photo library and transfers files to the drive you specify. The app does not modify, delete, or alter your original photos. It creates copies on your drive and leaves your iPhone photo library unchanged.

You are responsible for your own storage and backup strategy. We strongly recommend maintaining multiple copies of irreplaceable photos. Sling Photos is a transfer and archiving tool, not a substitute for a comprehensive backup strategy.

Sling Photos is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to ensure the app is reliable, we make no warranty that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Every file will transfer successfully in all network conditions
• The app will be compatible with all NAS devices or SMB configurations
• Face recognition will identify every photo of every person with complete accuracy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ohh Wow Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos, damage to storage devices, or loss of revenue.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Sling Photos shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

Sling Photos, the Sling Photos name, the app icon, and all related branding are the intellectual property of Ohh Wow Labs. You may not use them without our written permission.

The app is built using Apple's frameworks and technologies, which are subject to Apple's own terms and licences.

We may update the app from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or maintain compatibility with new iOS versions. Updates are distributed through the App Store and are included in your one-time purchase at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on this website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Sling Photos shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which these terms do not limit.
